Leave Policy for International Students
- Application Submission: Students need to submit an application after obtaining approval from their respective academic departments, mentioning the proposed duration and reason for the leave.
- IC Notification: Students must inform the International Coordinator (IC) department at least 7 days before their travel.
- Accounts Approval: Approval from the Accounts Department is mandatory before taking leave.
- University Management Approval: Students must obtain approval from the University Management. Additionally, the University will take approval from the parents/guardians of the student.
- NOC from FRRO: Approval for NOC from the local FRRO is required before travel.

Note:
1. Students must carry original Residential Permit and Stay Visa with NOC seal from FRRO while traveling. Missing documents may result in police action, and the University will not be responsible.
2. Any extension in the approved leave duration will incur a penalty as per University rules.
SIM Card Policies
- Prepaid SIM Card: All international students will be provided with a University-approved prepaid service SIM card on a chargeable basis once they arrive on campus.
- Device Compatibility: Students must have a 4G compatible device to use the SIM card.
- SIM Card Return: The prepaid service SIM card must be returned after completing the course.
Bank Accounts / Money Safety
- Authorized Banks: Only a few banks are authorized to open international bank accounts. Students can contact the IC department for more details.
- Account Opening Process: Students can collect the bank account opening form from the IC department and must submit it directly to the bank.
- Required Documents: To open an international bank account, students need to submit:
- Copy of Passport & Visa
- Copy of valid Residential Permit & Stay Visa (if applicable)
- 02 Passport Size Photographs
- University-approved Bonafide Letter
- Residential Permit: Students who have not received their Residential Permit cannot open a bank account. In such cases, students can deposit large sums of cash in the University locker.
