The University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to different professional programmes. Admission to these programmes will be made based on merit determined as per the following procedure.
- Candidates awaiting the results of their qualifying examination may apply for provisional admission. However, it is mandatory to submit the final result to the University by October 31, unless specified otherwise by the Regulatory Council.
- Ensure that self-attested copies of your mark sheets and testimonials are attached to the application form. Original documents are not required at this stage.
- A recent passport-sized photograph must be affixed in the designated area on the application form.
- Before submitting the completed application form, carefully review all the instructions mentioned in it.
- The merit list published by MATS University will be considered final and cannot be contested.
- Providing false or forged documents at any stage will result in cancellation of admission, and the candidate may face legal action.
- Admission will remain provisional until the candidate submits all necessary documents, including the final qualifying examination results, as required at the time of enrollment.
- Any involvement in criminal activities disqualifies a candidate from admission to the University. If such information is concealed, the admission will be revoked upon discovery.
- MATS University reserves the right to deny admission if a candidate’s character, behaviour, or previous record is deemed unsatisfactory.
- Prospective students are encouraged to visit the University along with their parents/guardians to explore facilities like classrooms, laboratories, the library, hostels, and transport services before finalizing admission.
- At the time of enrollment, students must submit an affidavit signed by both the student and their parents/guardians, committing to disciplined conduct throughout the programme. Non-compliance will lead to disciplinary action as per University policies.
- All legal matters pertaining to the University will fall under the jurisdiction of Raipur courts in Chhattisgarh.
Note: Payment of fee in 'Cash' is accepted only at the designated cash counter(s) at the university campus. Students are advised to obtain the receipt for the same from the cash counter immediately after making the cash payment.
