Energy Club Formation and Energy Conservation Programme

We are thrilled to launch the Energy Club as part of our commitment to promoting sustainable practices and innovation,” said Hon’ble Chancellor Shri Gajraj Pagaria Ji. He further added, “Our goal is to provide a forum for students and professionals to engage with industry experts, share ideas, and work together towards a greener future.” It was further aided by our distinguished guests IAS Shri Rajesh Singh Rana and Dr. Priyanka Pauchauri from CREDA for the Energy conservation program. The Energy Club will focus on a range of topics, including renewable energy technologies, energy policy and regulation, and sustainable building practices. Members will have access to resources such as guest lectures, site visits, and networking opportunities with professionals in the field.

On this occasion, various in-house competitions were held, in which students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm, achieving success. Dr. Nishi Kant Dhapekar and Dr. Aneesh Somwanshi coordinated the event, along with other faculty members and student volunteers. Certificates of participation and first, second, third-ranking certificates were also distributed for the event, followed by a felicitation ceremony program. Dr. Gulshan Soni presented the vote of thanks, emphasizing that “We believe that by bringing together individuals who are passionate about energy conservation, we can make a real difference in our community and beyond. We invite all students and professionals interested in energy sustainability to join us on this exciting journey.”

Shri Priyesh Pagariya, Director-General, MATS University, also expressed his wishes for this event and motivated all the students for participating in such events. Shri Gokulanand Pandaji, Registrar, MATS University, congratulated the students, participants of the event, and the organizers for the successful conduct of the Energy Club Formation
