MSW first year of first semester and second year of third semester students of Department of Social Work, operated agency visit under the Mats University, HOD of the department of social work. Under the guidance and direction of Dr. Deenanath Yadav, on 19/08/2023 went to Kopalvani Child Welfare Organization for a visit to the organization. Since 2004, this organization is making continuous efforts for the development of the personality of disabled children along with education initiation. There the students collected a lot of information about the organization through observation and interview. The director of the organization Mrs Priti Mishra told that this organization is working for the welfare of all kinds of disabled children. In the institution the teachers are first trained and then the trained teachers train the children through sign language. Along with NGO, this institution is also established as the first Divyang College in Chhattisgarh. On being asked by the students, it was told that the institution does not receive any government funds in the form of grant. Rather, children are adopted along with crowdfunding. The person adopting the child provides all kinds of facilities. The children studying in this institution are becoming capable citizens by attaining proficiency in the fields of dance, painting, computer etc. In the end, for the friendly behavior and cooperation of the director of the institution, the assistant professor of the department and H.O. D. Along with Dr. Deenanath Yadav and Assistant Professor Dr. Chhavinath Yadav, all the students expressed their thanks.
