MATS Law School has successfully organised a workshop on “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013” for the employees of Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Raipur, on February 7, 2023. Dr. Shivakant Prajapati, HoD, Mr. Prashant Kumar, Assistant Professor of Law, and Ms. M. Nidhi, Assistant Professor of Law, were present as speakers for the session where the issue pertaining to sexual harassment at the workplace was discussed and information related to the provisions of the act and the desired behaviour of male staff towards female colleagues was provided, followed by an interactive session with the audience. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, General Manager; Ms. Nupur Anand, Assistant General Manager; and other authorities were also present during the session.
