- Brief description about the event/ activity:
The Department of English organized a Guest Lecture on Save Girl Child on 17th September 2022. The Resource Person for this was Ms Manisha Lakra, COO, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Govt of CG. Madam gave a presentation about safety of girls and women and also talked about various rules and regulations in the constitution which are there for the protection of women. For this, all the departments were invited, HODs of various departments were present with all their female staff and students.
- Learning Outcomes:
The programme was conducted to spread the awareness about the safety of girl child and females in general.
